Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Because Nelival sells ingestible dietary supplements, opened products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Contact support@nelival.com  with your order number before sending a return. Shipping fees, route protection, and expedited services may be non-refundable unless required by law. Results and personal experiences vary. Refund decisions are not based on a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
