Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or address verification.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most tracked orders are delivered within 6 to 12 business days after fulfillment, but delays can occur outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed pickup, additional shipping fees may apply.

Once an order has shipped, tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. Contact us at support@nelival.com if your tracking has not updated for several business days.
