If you need help with an order, contact support@nelival.com with your order number.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because Nelival sells ingestible dietary supplements, opened products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Results and personal experiences vary. Refund decisions are not based on a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
